The Vavřinec Hotel is situated in the small picturesque 800-year-old town of
Roudnice nad Labem. The hotel itself was established in the 14th centure approximately. Because of numerous fires, the building was reconstructed several times before it got the current shape. During the 16th century it was the most sumptuous building in Roudnice nad Labem.

There is also a train station and a bus station close to the hotel. In the surroundings you can find a lot of hiking and cycle paths. For trips in the surroundings a bus for cyclists is available and a small historical diesel locomotive for trips with children.
A lot of sport and outdoor activities are available here, such as a rope centre for children, horse-riding, and sight-seeing flights. An interesting place to visit is Říp Hill with a lot of interesting fables.
